 Granite Building Company Sarl has 25 years of experience in all aspects of real estate development, contracting and maintenance. Projects completed to date include luxury apartment buildings in various neighborhoods of Beirut such as Hazmieh and Naccache.
The company was established in 1985 by Mr. Elie M. Kfouri, a successful businessman who also headed a number of other international companies. Today, the company remains family owned and continues to follow the philosophy of its founder:

Brief Biography
Mr. Michael Kfouri is the Managing Director of Granite Building Company. He is a graduate of Yale University, with a BA in Economics. He obtained his MBA from Columbia University with concentrations in Marketing and International Business. Mr. Kfouri has 25 years of business experience. In the past, he has held positions of responsibility at Pepsi-Cola International in Purchase, New York (International Marketing) and at the Lexus Division of Toyota Motor Sales in Torrance, California (Marketing and Strategic Planning). Mr. Kfouri has over 16 years of experience in leading Granite Building Company in the successful completion of various real estate development projects.
In addition to his responsibilities at Granite, Mr. Kfouri is an Instructor at the American University of Beirut (AUB). He teaches marketing courses at AUB’s Olayan School of Business. He has had a close association with the university since 2002. 
Mr. Romeo Gharios the Responsible Civil Engineer at Granite Building Company. He obtained his engineering degree from Ecole Nationale Des Travaux Publics De L'Etat (ENTPE) in Lyon, France. He has over 30 years of work experience, including a number of years in Saudi Arabia. He has worked at Granite Building Company for the past 22 years. Mr. Gharios has been closely involved with all of the company's real estate development projects. Ms. Gisele Hachem is a highly experienced professional who can provide assistance in all matters related to sales and rentals in Palm Plaza. Mr. Joseph Hobaika is the architect of the Palm Plaza Commercial and Residential Center. He is a renowned architect with numerous projects to his credit.
